Payment of your session fees is via bank transfer on receipt of invoice (all fees in AUD).

Sessions are 60 minutes' duration.

Please allow extra time for your first appointment.

Conducted via Zoom Professional for those living in remote, rural areas, overseas or for when getting to an in-person appointment is not going to work for you.

Supporting information and a link to join your online session will be provided to you during appointment booking.

If your health insurance policy includes extras cover you may be eligible to claim a benefit for counselling. I am a recognised provider for;

Bupa | Medibank | Ahm | HCF

ARHG Funds includes the following;

Police Health, Teachers Union Health, Teachers Health, St Luke's Health, GMHBA, Westfund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix Health, see-u by HBF, AIA Health, Mildura Health, Nurses & Midwives Health & UniHealth.

If you have Travel Health Insurance or are on a Working Visa Health Insurance policy, check with your provider regarding inclusions and rebates.

A referral or a GP Mental Health Care Plan is not required to access these support services. 

Medicare rebates are not currently available for counselling services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. 

The full fee will be charged if you:

Provide less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling

Miss your appointment without notice

If travelling by ferry, my practice suite is conveniently located a few steps across the road from the Manly Ferry Wharf where you can catch the iconic Manly ferry or fast ferry to and from Circular Quay, City and Manly. 

2-Hour Free Car Parking is available on Wentworth Street, Manly at Peninsula Car Park (8 min walk).

Paid Car Parking is available at Manly Wharf (Wilson/ Prepay online $10 per hour) at 24 East Esplanade, across the road from my practice.

2-Hour Off-Street Parking is also available. Be mindful of street signage as parking can be paid or non-paid depending on the street location.

Travel by bus 170X City (Wynyard) to Manly Express Service. Many frequent bus routes service Manly.
