Grief Counselling

Grief is something we all experience, yet it can be one of our loneliest journeys and yours is unique to you. Whether it’s the death of a loved one, grief does not only belong to death, any major life change, or a personal crisis, grief can turn our world upside down and leave us feeling lost. But you don’t have to go through it alone, connection in support is so important.

Seeking help can provide the support you need to navigate this difficult time, find your footing, and eventually, begin to heal.

Fertility Counselling

The journey of fertility is often filled with hope, but it can also bring heartache, uncertainty, lack of control, stress and anxiety. The fertility road can be lonely, akin to the grief road. Whether you’re dealing with the grief of fertility loss, the pressures of your treatment process, or the challenges of your fertility journey, this can be an incredibly isolating experience.

Fertility counselling provides a space to process these feelings, find strength, and explore your options in a supportive and understanding environment. This can enhance your relationship with yourself, which can often become lost in the process, and also with your partner if you are in a couple relationship.
